Each skin type and concern is unique, which is why we offer a personalized consultation prior to any treatment. During this session, our experts will assess your skin and discuss your beauty goals to recommend the most effective treatments tailored specifically for you.
2. What should I expect during my first visit?
Your first visit to Sandton Aesthetic Studio will begin with a warm welcome followed by a detailed consultation to understand your skincare needs and goals. Based on this, we'll suggest a customized treatment plan. You'll also receive guidance on what to expect during and after your treatment to ensure your comfort and satisfaction.
3. How can I book an appointment?
Appointments can be easily booked through our website by filling out the booking form on the 'Book a Form' page. Alternatively, you can call our studio directly to schedule your visit. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date and time.
4. What is the cancellation policy?
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the slot to another client. For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, a small fee may be applied.
